4. Extended side angle 三角側伸展式
5. Plank (try to flatten your back; I m working on it too) 平板式
6. Elevated push up (on a chair or bench)掌上壓
Gradually hold each pose for 5-8 breaths and remember to Smile! 每個式子持續5-8個呼吸,記住要微笑呵:)
